Product ID is a Service-App exclusively for ELAFLEX products and developed for smart devices (iPhone / iPad) equipped with a camera.
The App uses an internet connection (Mobile Network or WLAN/Wi-Fi) and identifies certain products of ELAFLEX HIBY GmbH & Co. KG. You can access corresponding product certificates and approvals as well as the product history and specific product information. Additionally, and depending on the user profile, you can access certain services which for example allow the documentation of installation, repairs or executed inspections of the ELAFLEX products.
